What do you do with your old PDA's?

Like many of you I seem to have a collection of PDA's:

HP 545, 568, Compaq 3975, Sony Clie NX-70V, HP 5550 and T3 -that I have kept. Currently using T3 and Hp 5550.

Got me thimking what do you do with your old PDA's? Do you keep them? Use them for bookends? Or have you sold them? Have you passed them on?

I still have them all - I just can't part with them!

I have in the past sold off or given to friends or family my older units. No sense letting them go to waste on the shelf if someone whom can't afford a new unit can make use of them

I sell my old PPC's on ebay. Usually get a decent price for them and makes the newer purchase not so costly.

I sell them all with whatever accessories I dont need for the new one,
offsets the cost nicely :wink:

I tend to either give my old ones away or sell them on ebay. I DO keep a spare, however :wink: I never just have 1 pda if I can help it just in case.

Easily i sell them to aford a new one.

I sell them to people in the office. I already have my 5455 iPAQ "under contract" for when the 6000 series comes out. There seems to be quite a ready market for my hand-me-downs at the office. The only problem is that my purchasers are not tech saavy, so I end up being tech support for them. Right now, I get calls from 4 different people whenever they have problems. That would be OK if I was an IT person to begin with, but I already have a day job, although I suppose I could start my own little gig on the side. Hmmm . . . maybe I could make enough $$ to finally give up practicing law. Well, I can dream, can't I? :wink:

After selling my Psion Series 3c to me mate and watching him sit on it. Or watching the Psion Series 5 I sold to another mate get broken, I now keep em :)

I always keep the original box so I just put them away usually with the original receipt and put them in my wardrobe, theres 3 in their now :)
