I need the command to upload my rom from my Hard Driver to the PPC.....

Try a Google search on "parrot bootloader" -- there are a lot of discussions on the topic. As I mentioned earlier, I don't think you'll be able to upload the new ROM via HyperTerminal, but I hope I'm wrong. Good luck. :)
