Hi,
I think that 64 MB RAM for such a device (ipaq 4150) is a shame :(

so does anyone know how I can upgrade my ipaqs memory? Can somebody give me more information about this... (I don't know much) What are the con.'s of memory upgrades? Will there be a problem with performance or anything else?

thanks

Pocket PC Techs http://www.pocketpctechs.com is the best place for upgrading your Pocket PC.

Their upgrade process is amazing! I won't run a PPC without one of these upgrades for very long. They are a must have for anyone who has a supported PPC in MHO. Leonard has upgraded all of my iPAQ's; and is going to get my 1945 soon, tho he doesn't know it yet. ;)

I am certain that they will have a memory upgrade option for the iPAQ 4000 series; but to my knowledge, don't yet. Based on the way things have been going, the upgrade will most likely NOT be a native RAM upgrade, requiring their proprietary driver, and showing up as an internal Storage Card.

Keep watching Thoughts and your other favorite PPC sites for announcements related to this subject. I can guarantee you, when Leonard has the upgrade ready for production implementation, its going to be advertised on every PPC site in the world.

Kind Regards,
