To access the Internet with this config - all you need to do is setup ActiveSynch to work through Bluetooth in addition to USB. This is done through a combination of your desktop using ActiveSynch and the software that came with your USB Dongle and your PocketPC. I am not sure which USB dongle you have - but the software with mine was terrible.

I overcame this by installing the software that came with my dongle and then immedately uninstalled it. This removed the crappy software - but left the USB dongle drivers on my system. I then downloaded a copy of Belkins USB Dongle software from their support website:

http://web.belkin.com/support/download/download.asp?download=F8T001_v1&lang=1&mode=

(Strictly speaking - this may not be completely kosher from a licensing standpoint - but sometimes you gotta think outside the box. Had Belkin's Bluetooh Dongle been available in my area - I would have bought it in the first place.)

The rest I figured out on my own 'cause at the time (8 months ago) I couldn't find any kind of instructions on the net. You, however, are much luckier than I am. Belkin now has instructions on their website at the following address:

http://web.belkin.com/support/download/files/Bluetooth_synchronization_guide.pdf

Follow these instructions and you'll be able to (a) synch your PocketPC and (b) surf the Internet from you PocketPC from up to 30 feet away (limitation of the PocketPCs Bluetooth chip)

Hope this helps!
