ms' theme generator probs

yeass i seem to eb having a problem, when i make a theme in the microsoft theme generator,
when i save it it gives an error message saying:

[Windows CE Cab Wizard] - [] X

Error: CAB file "C:\DOCUME~1\work\local settings\temp\mytheme.ipaq.CAB" could not be created.

[OK]

what am i doing wrong?

I've noticed that the generator doesn't work very well too. Can anyone recommend what is the best theme generator to use? Also, I thought WM2003/PPC2002 all supported full screen themes or do I have to use Wisbar to get fullscreen?

Saving is fine for me, make sure when you save that you unclick the checkbox "send to device when done" if you are on WM2003. You have to manually send them across into the MY DEVICE\Windows folder.
