I've pinned down my current 'one unresolved item' to the log file created by the excellent Remover program. Here is the exact message from ActiveSync when I click 'Resolve items':
"Cannot copy 'remover.log'. Make sure your mobile device has sufficient memory, that the file is not set as read only, and that you have permission to copy this file type."
Anyone able to offer any insights please? (I've emailed author.)
