View Full Version : Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager - sync issues

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003, with the Business Contact Manager add in from microsoft....it looks GREAT, except it wants to keep my contacts in a separate "Business Contact Manager" portion of Outlook, specifically Business Contacts. My Pocket PC (2003) running Pocket Informant doesn't seem to see and/or sync the contacts once they are in the "new" location..

I know it is fairly new software, but has anyone out there used Outlook 2003 w/BCM and still had it sync up with PPC? THe "plain old outlook 2003" contacts still sync, just nothing in the BCM portion now.

I have the same issue and the only way I figured out how to keep everything in both places was to copy all my contacts that were business into the business contacts section and then recopy ALL of my contacts into the plain old contacts section. I like the business contacts idea, but it needs a bit of work yet. It's the right idea, just needs some tuning. Hope that helps.
