Need Suggestions

I am looking for a calendar program without the hourly increments, or a way to turn this off in the standard calendar program. My main need for a calendar is to log what job site my crews are on each day. I have no real need for times. I have tried to use several programs but setting appointments is not really working for my needs. All I really need is a basic calendar with the capability of making notes in each day. I have been searching for several days with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

All the calendar pgrograms has 'All Day Event' property after that you don't specify the times. So even if the time values are there, You still can get views which are meaningful and useful for you. Have you tried this way?

Why not switch to Agenda view? That will give you only your active appointments. To switch to Agenda view, press the calendar button a few times and it will cycle through.
