I have lots of co-worker who has WiFi on their iPaq and I was wondering if there is a software out there that can communicate like Instant Messaging without the actual server needed. Just peer to peer.

I haven't tried ad-hoc, even if I connect via ad-hoc, there's no software to chat with.
