In the day and week view of Microsoft Outlook, a small calender appears on the right of the screen with bolded dates for days that you have appointments. I have noticed that dates two week back or more are not bolded although they have appointments in them. Does anyone know why outlook does not bold these old dates even though they still have appointments in them?

Err... No - Works fine on mine; perhaps it's an option I have checked somewhere, although I can't find it if so - mine 'bolds' dates historically up to a month only though.

Could it be on account of the time frame you specify for AS possibly?

In the absence of other suggestions, 'repairing' outlook might help... :?:

Normally Outlook doesn't bold dates if the appointments/events on those days are set to 'show time as', "Free". About anything else will show up.
