View Full Version : WM2003: Wifi on top?
Yeah.. I've seen pictures, running SOME version of WinCE, where there was a wireless signal strength meter on top, next to the speaker. I can't find those pics right now, Is that only on phone edition? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds to me like the singnal strength shown on the Pocket PC Phone Edition. But that's not a WiFi singnal, it's a service strength.
Any way to get something to display wireless signal strength? I know in WM2k3 if you soft reset, I see the signal tower, then it just changes to the arrows. Possibly a hack could fix it?

Tap on the arrows and the signal meter will pop up
Is there a tweak to have that signal strength appear instead of the arrows?

Not that I know of. I wish some developer would come up with a utility to put the WiFi signal strength meter on the bottom task bar always viewable when connected and continuosly updated.
