There must be an easier way to create Pocket WMP skins!

I can create a skin just fine for PWMP, but, how do you get the .SKN file to align all of the seekers/volume/track/bit rate and pushed buttons exactly, its so hard to play around with the 4 numbers eg (345, 170, 57, 67) and hope you get it right.

Anyone know an easier way?

I know what you mean but I don't know of any tricks or a program that would make this any easier. Since I didn't have anything useful to contribute, I decided not to reply at all.

Hmm, so it is guess and check when you have to move parts of WMP around. Im trying to contact Juni because his are excellent!
