setting up gprs connex between ipaq3970 and t68i

hi guys,
pulling my hair out trying to set up gprs connex between me 3970(running on wm2003) and me t68i.
have tried following the guide in
http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=1477
but i always get
"GPRS request rejected" on me phone

any1 got their connex to work?

Do you have a GPRS account with your mobile provider? If yes, do you have coverage in your area?

Did you use the +CGDCONT=1,,"internet" string listed in the guide? If yes, "internet" is the APN, and your mobile carrier may have a different name to use there - you'll have to find it.

any1 got their connex to work?
What provider are you using, so other users can decide if it's the case to say "yes" or "no"?
