RESET AFTER FALLING 3 Centimeters DOWN E740

I wanted to know if it is normal when a TOSHIBA E740 WiFi slips out from ur hand and falls down on a desk from a height of 3-5 centimeters that all data on the intern flash rom will be reseted.
Even as my little nepfiev sat on it all data has been resetet is that normal????

I have a Toshiba e310 which has fallen far farther than 3-5 centimeters with no ill effects. It is possible that something was jarred loose in your pocket pc. :cry:
