1) I have a Symbol Wireless Networker, and I loke it (It is one of the more expensive cards, though)
2) CF: WIFI cards, Ethernet Cards, Cameras, Barcode scanners, GPS, Modems, Video output. The list goes on...
3) I have a D-Link, never had any problems...
4) I don't think so. First of all, you'll spend about 3 or 4 times the amount you would spend on 802.11b...

Question 1: I like my Socket
Question 2: What expansion pack are you thinking of? But you can get numerous CF wired NICs
Question 3: My Linksyses work fine both the AP and the Router/AP/Switch
Question 4: No, just use the pass-thru to access the internet if you go via BT for ActiveSync, etc. You can get on with WiFi through the AP if you go that route.

Can only say that I purchased a Belkin F5D6060 and I am very happy with its performance. It was very easy to install and get working. Typing this reply from bed (silly I know).

How about Netgear MA701 802.11b Wireless Compact Flash Card? Is this good to use with Ipaq 2215? I am considering to buy this WiFi card for my ipaq in the next couple of days. I have a 40$ coupon at staples and this is the only Wifi CF card they have the last time I checked online. I want to make sure if this is okay to use with my Ipaq 2215. So I would appreciate any feedback.
Many thanks.

Q1 = I would say buy the LinkSys WCF12 (not the bulky WCF11), wonderful card with has excellent drivers and support.
Q2 = Though you might come into contact with a network where there is no wireless access, if you are just looking for a wired solution because of a higher transfer rate vs. wireless, I would tell you not to worry about it because the wireless trransfer rate to surf or transfer files to you pocket pc (unless you are planning on installing a 1GB CF Card for media) will be just fine. If you still need a wired solution, any card will do.
Q3 = Go LinkSys, mainly for the price, features, and support value. I have a signal booster attached to mine and I can stay well connected around my home and backyard, and while I go on my evening jog around the 3 sqaure blocks (so many internet radio stations).
Q4 = Did not go with a BT Access Point, just bought a 100m bluetooth dongle and set up a bluetooth networking from one of the centrally located pc in my home. Works like a charm.
Good luck and let me know if there are any settings or information you need to make things work well for you.

I just upgraded my 3870 ipaq to Windows Mobile 2003. Does anyone know if the Symbol LA4137 drivers that Symbol has for PPC2003 still work with the new OS?
Thanks

works good.
2nd Question

- havent seen any so far
3rd Question
A good Wireless Access Point
- bought a Linksys wifi router from Walmart, had issues with killing itself if I used internet, brought it back, got some unknown brand named Blitzz as a wifi router now, works good, even had portforwarding and the likes.
4th Question
Is Bluetooth Wireless Access Point worth to buy?
- I had my linux server set up as a bt access point for a while, using a bluetooth dongle. Speed was better this way then using the dongle on windows, but still, now I can actualy play my scummgames over the network share, and actualy have all movies and sounds ( little choppy now and then) running. over bluetooth, I could play mp3's over network, that was about it.
