Sweet. Now I can plot out the where in my backyard that pesky wormhole will next appear. 0X :)

This is the coolest calculator, hands down. :)

hmm... does this have a cas?
and i don't see the use of these ppc graphing things... i mean it's just not practictal for me anyway.

i'm in multivar calc and we can't even use calculators... and for our hw we just use mathematica.

oh well... if it has a cas it may be worth wile for me.

BTW:

you guys should check out the hp49g+. It's got a 75MHz arm processor and an SD slot. Not bad for a calc... www.hpcalc.org (click on "HP's back in business link).

I may have to get one of those 49g+'s (sounds like of the TI calcs), to go along with the 2 HP's and 2 TI's I already have. As for PPC software, I'd love to see ports of Mathematica and Matlab, Matlab more than anything because you can program some cool simulations with it. My TI-89 can handle most common calculations that I use day to day (as a EE).

Agreed, Matlab would be sweet.

Matlock totally owns!

Oh wait...

I love HP calcs. I just noticed the 17bII+ (http://www.hp.com/calculators/articles/17bIIplusannounce.html) is out.

Hmmm.... HPCalculatorThoughts.com....

Too geeky, even for me. No, wait, that delves into the nerdy realm... ;-)

Ha ha ha, but where do you draw the line between geeky and normal and nerdy?

-Justin.

Silly. That's not a line. Don't you know that any 3 points define a triangle?

Well,

If all three of the points are in a line they cannot be defined by the line itself, but they won't form a triangle!

But I'm sure you get the point I was trying to make... I hope.

-Justin. :D :D

Ah, good point. I didn't have a colinear clause in my statement. But I really don't feel that "Geeky" and "Nerdy" are in the same direction away from "Normal". ;)
