3955 motherboard removal

I am trying to replace the switchboard on my 3955.
The motherboard sits on top of the two anchor screws for the switchboard.

I removed the four black screws anchoring the motherboard, but it seems stuck in the top right corner (with the screen facing down) by a small rubber boot.

How can I move the mother board enough to get at the switchboard screws?
