SD or CF

I am thinking of getting an Ipac, the 2210. This takes both SD and CF memory cards, I have searched but am unable to find answers to the following questions:-

1) Which card moves data fastest

2) Prices seem to vary quite a bit with the likes of San & Lex most expensive, do the cheaper cards run at lower speeds or something, or are all cards (of the same type, SD or CF) the same?

3) what are the Pros & Cons of each type of card?

All thoughts gratefully received.

If you have slots for both you should probably go with SD for storing things, since most accessories are easier to find in the compact flash form factor.

Speed isn't really too much of an issue on a PDA. I have cf cards that are only 4x, but it's more than enough to play back movies and music without problems.

I'd recommend you stick with a brand name for flash memory. Most of mine is Lexar.
