I have a zillion things installed on my pocketpc, one of those apps/drivers/plugins is taking my cpu level at 100 percent sporadically. Any way to check how much cpu is each app taking ?

It gives the PID, CPU TIME, PATH, NAME but it does not tell what percentage of the cpu loops are being used for that process, or is there some way to calculate it with the cpu time ?

No way to see percentage of use at any given time, however if you have something using signifigantly more cpu time than the idle process it may be your problem.
