I've been playing with outlook 2003 recently and i'm very mad because the switch from outlook Express to Outlook 2k3 left me without:

Filtering emails by "name" of person who sent you the email

like all the emails that come from CNN Breaking news <[email protected]>
can't be filtered by the "cnn Breaking news" they have to get filtered by the adress noreply.cnn.com.... which sux for cases like if you have a friend named bob villa with 3 different emails

anyone knows how to filter on Outlook 2k3 by email name ?

I haven't used 2003, but I believe that in 2002 or lower you could tell it to filter by arbitrary header... and there you would be able to match any arbitrary string. I'd assume that functionality is still there.

Something like this, right?
