I own a Dell Axim X5 for a couple of months now,. Initally I was having no problems at all. About two weeks ago, after I upgraded to Active Sync 3.7.1, the software stopped to sync. correctly. The error message I get is "Syncronization cannot be complete successfully. Disconnect your device and try again. If this problem persists, see the Microsoft Active Sync Trouble Shooter in the Microsoft Active Sync. help on your desktop."
Then the error message disappears. I have tried to perform a soft reset, which does not help. Alos have tried to delete my existing partnerships and set up a new profile in the Active Sync partnerships.. Please help...[/b]
