How do u clean the pocket pc and can i download thems directly onto my ppc?

You can download themes directly. And what do you mean by clean? Do you mean the screen?

You can clean the screen with a product called Klear Screen or a similar product and an optical cloth.

Why does the device keep freezing up and how come the net is freezing as well..Everytime it freezes i have 2 open up the sim door and close it...Is there a safer way 2 do it?
