new e355 but software saying ms 2002, where is 2003

I bought a toshiba e355 a few days ago, it said it had 2003 software on it, but when i try to load some programs in it, it says it isnt for 2002 and below. if anyone ran into this problem how did you deal with it? maybe i am missingsome right now because i am hungry and tired:) thanks for hte help:)

Exactly. When you load a program, it says "It Is not meant for devices with 2002 or below" thus, logically, this means you have Windows Mobile 2003.

Actually, I think he means that the program rejected installation as the device was detected as a Pocket PC 2002.

Thinkingmandavid, go into Settings => System => About and check the version # of the Pocket PC OS. If it's 3.0.x, it's Pocket PC 2000/2002. If it's 4.2.x, it's Pocket PC 2003. If it's the latter and the application doesn't install even though it's designed for Pocket PC 2003, try contacting the vendor of the application.
