Hey everyone,

I just recently upgraded my 3970 to Windows Mobile, and ever since I installed the new OS, I can't get my WiFi card to work.

Any suggestions??

Thanks

You did not mention which WiFi card you have. WM2003 has integrated support for WiFi, so you need to get WM2003 drivers for your card. Many of the 2002 drivers won't work nor would you want to use them even if they did. The integrated solution is better in termas of seamless integration with the OS.

it was in the subject line, but the card is a Linksys WCF11.

My mistake... I did not read the subject line! Anyway, the Linksys CF card (both the WCF11 and WCF12) do not support WM2003. Until Linksys releases drivers for the OS, you cannot use that card.

If you can find the intersil reference drivers, the WCF11 will work.

It worked perfectly when I did it.

Makes you wonder why Linksys would hold back on releasing updated drivers if the reference drivers for the chipset are available to them. That exemplifies for customer service. Is this what can be expected from Cisco?
