O.K., everything went flawless to connect and sync, but...in order to preserve the battery life and use the 128MB built in mem card all the time, I need to disconnect wi fi without unpluging the CF, just can't find anywhere how to do this, if possible.

Can somebody tell, please? Spare batteries was my wife's advice and I rejected it so loud she doesn't talk to me anymore.

I had one of those cards for a brief moment. So not too sure but check in the software it installs on your ppc to see if there is a turn off option.

Just did it so again but couldn't find the way, I'll keep searching, everything's smooth but this, thanks anyway.

I have one of these wi-fi cards too, I'm running windows mobile 2003 on a H2210 ipaq. From what I understood there are no apps for this card only drivers.

How is your card configured? I got mine working briefly with no WEP and broadcast ESSID and then when I turned on WEP I couldn't get the internet working. Networking desktop works but I can't access the internet at all. I have tried reinstalling the driver with no success.

I don't understand why it won't access internet, when I first setup the card on the pocket PC I could stream online video at 300k, now the PIE icon just spins with no activity.

Fixed the problem with the internet not working!

I have Tweaks 2k2 installed and have configured PIE temporary internet folder to be stored on the Compact Flash card, although I have a copy of these folders stored on the memory portion of the Sandisk 128MB Wi-fi CF card, PIE has trouble finding them.

This must be when I switch between my 1GB Compact Flash card and my Wi-Fi card somehow the link is broken, because when I choose to store the temporary internet folder on the ipaq memory or the SD card, I have internet access again.

I figured it was something simple as I was still able to access my network drives and play mp3s over wi-fi.

I must say I am very happy with this Wi-Fi card it performs very well, I am able to stream audio and video at a respectable bandwidth rate.
