Synching Outlook Personal folders

I make extensive use of personal folders within Outlook to keep the size of my on-line mailbox as small as possible. However, this strategy prevents me from being able to synch my mail with my pocket pc. When I've entered the configuration setup for my inbox, it doesn't look like there is even an option for pointing to personal folders.

Does anyone have any suggestions or perhaps a 3rd party software solution?

As far as e-mail goes, I am quite able to sync personal folders. In ActiveSync under "Inbox", when I click "Options" and "Settings" I am able to select the subfolders that I want to synchronize.
