Overclock???

I have a toshiba E330 and was wondering if I could overclock.
I think it has a PXA-255 Intel Xscale processor.

Its 300 MHz
Supposedly I could increase it to 400MHz with a overclocker program.

What program is it.... or how should i accomplish this.
