moved... a question about phone programs

hey everyone! its been a while... anyways can i get a program for a phone on my 2215 and if so can i have a link and will it work over wifi(i have a card) and if so(lol) what do i have to do to get it to work?

anyone ever got this to work right using a linksys router. I know there was one guy who did....I wish he could give us a few pointers....the documentation is very unclear...they expect You as a user to be an expert in the differences between sip, h.323, routing, gateways, gatekeepers, syntax etc etc. Just to dial a number seems to be very unfriendly.
