2003 vs. 2002 radio & checkbox display variances

I just talked to a guy on my team here at work and he showed me some screenshots of our application. They had a few screens showing the application being run on a 2002 and then on a 2003 PPC. When radio buttons are disabled in 2002 the circle portion and text are greyed out, however on 2003 only the text is greyed out. Similarly when checkboxes are disabled in 2002 the box portion and text are greyed out whereas 2003 only has the text greyed out. Is this right? Or if we built the appliction using evc 4.0 would the controls display correctly?

Wooh, settle down there boy. After I started this thread, I remembered there was a developer forum, so I posted it there. If I could delete a thread I would, but I don't think that's possible. So I apologize to the Pocket PC world. So back to the question...
