I updated this thread to include that I'm looking for two things, an older color PocketPC to give to my mom. It'll be used mainly as an address book and an occasional game of Bookworm and Yahtzee AND a 6GB or larger laptop harddrive to go into an IBM ThinkPad 600e.

They sell refurbished ipaq 3600's for around $120. Look over at pocketpcmag.com, the link for usedhandhelds.com is over on the right hand side!
