CAN I USE A CF CARD TYPE I IN A POCKETPC WITH A CF CARD II SLOT.

YES YOU CAN. Please don't type in all caps; it makes it look as though you are yelling.

"Type I" and "Type II" refer to the thickness of the card. A Type II card is thicker than a Type I, therefore if you have a Type II-capable slot, it can accept both a Type II and the thinner Type I card.
