I lost all sound on all applications on my ipaq 2215 after 3 weeks from buying it from CompUSA Orlando/US. I've had a lot of chatting with HP Support personnel and asked for a replacement, yet it has been 10days and 3 Online HP support personnel and all told me that they will come back to me with a solution or a replacement and NOTHING happened. The problem that I left the US on a 9 months project in Egypt. I even contacted the Dubai Agent responsible for all this area, and nothing happened. Did anyone have a similar problem??

I had it happen on mine. It creared up when I plugged my headphones in to see if itlwas the speakers or something really serious.

I plugged my headphones and the sound is coming fine, yet still the external speakers are completely dead. Any ideas??

You need another poll question... "Sound is still ok"

The poll assumes all 221x users have sound problems and only the time to failure is different and does not take into account those who have not had any problem yet.
