I finally got one, a highly sought after Jornada 575!!
Now, I've only had it for about 12 hours or so, that being said, I'm quite impressed with it so far!!
Here's a list of differences that I've noticed so far (other than the 400Mhz XScale processor, the 64MB of Ram and the Extended Slim Battery):
-- HP Image Viewer v1.02.004 (My 565 had v1.00.111)
-- HP Month View (New App!!)
-- HP Pocket Camera v1.21.002 (My 565 had v1.20.112)
-- HP Pocket Keyboard v1.00.100.6 (Stored in ROM)
-- HP Profiles instead of HP Settings (Similar App but now has Bass/Treble Settings)
-- No Emergengy Backup App
-- In Power Settings, 'Source' Bar is a Green Line rather than 4 individual Black Rectangle Blocks
-- System Information App
-- No Socket LP-E App
Note: The HP Image Viewer, Pocket Camera and Pocket Keyboard Apps all have newer versions of what HP currently offers on its website and/or or with it's 560 series PDA's. The Pocket Keyboard App shows the biggest difference so far.
On the Outside:
-- Shell is Two-Tone Blue rather than Corporate Grey
-- The guard around the directional keypad is shiny silver in color as opposed to corporate Grey.
-- Cover has a hint of blue, almost purplish tinge to it.
-- Compact Flash Cover has the 'Microsoft Windows Powered' Logo on it.
Enough Change to keep me happy for quite awhile. I'm a die hard fan of the Jornada 560 series and this 575 will keep me happy for the next 2-3 years.
