http://www.scarybearsoftware.com/pp...l_overview.html

Believe it or not, I'm not the most organized person in the world. As a result, I've seen and tried all kinds of list-making applications for my Pocket PC. Now I see that ScaryBear has launched its new SuperList program for both list making and outlining.

Features:
• Creates hierarchical lists with branches for multiple sub-items
• User-defined colors for text and background
• Can select a custom background image for each list
• Checked items can be colored a different color with strike-thru font
• Alphabetic and/or check sorting
• Automatic backup and recovery of list database
• Can password-protect specific lists
• Text notes can be attached to defined items in a list

If you're very visually-inclined, SuperList allows you to insert a background image to your lists. I wish there were an accompanying desktop version, but the other features make this one worth a try. You can get a free demo here or purchase the full version for $12.95 here.

OPML is a format for the exchange of outliner data. It would be handy if there was a list tool for PocketPC that could import/export data in that format. Anyone know of one?

I do know that SuperList and ListPro only import/export to text files.

The lack of a desktop component rules it out for me. I'm reasonably happy with ListPro at the moment. But why, oh why, can't somebody bring out a list program that word wraps the entries rather than horizontally scrolling them. It would make outlining a much more pleasurable experience on the PPC.

Streamliner, by Kopsis, has a 'paragraph width' setting that wraps each item to a certain width. When set to 'Narrow', you get about 5 or so levels in an outline with everything still fitting on the screen.

No desktop component of its own, but is suppose to "save your outlines in RTF format with all the proper headings so that you can edit them as outlines or structured documents in Microsoft Word on your PC."

I've tried Streamliner, but found it's word wrapping to be somewhat lacking. Also the lack of a desktop component with easy file-sync was problematic too.

Why? Is there some other application you use that supports OPML?
