Major activesync sync problem

I use a toshiba 755 and the latest activesync. I'm in a bit of a fix... My pocketpc just recently stopped syncing with either of my two computers, however it will work with guest mode. If I backup and then do a hard reset I can sync again, but I've lost all my data. If I go back to the backup, I can't sync with my computers anymore. I have multible sync cables. I do not use outlook (in the future I'll backup to lotus notes through easysync) so I can't get the contacts and appointments from there. I don't have any backups (been written over). I really need my data, but I need to sync too! is there any way to copy the database files manually? Or any other solution to my problem? thanks guys
