Color on my Ipaq 3835

Im a novice to Handhelds and just got this off a clearance rack.

I like it but the Color of photos is grainy and more red then any other color, is there a way to upgrade that aspect

Hi Erie! Welcome to the site. Unfortunately, there's no way to upgrade or change the screen on your device. If memory serves, the 3800 series devices had side-lit screens, which isn't as crisp as the newer back-lit screens on current devices (iPAQs switched to back-lit for the 3900 series).
