Outlook 2003/PPC 2003/ActiveSync 3.7

I'm running Office 2003 Pro with PPC 2003. The in box will not sync and the options are greyed out. Any work arounds known for this?

Office 2003 or Office 2002 (a.k.a. Office XP)?

I had to COMPLETELY uninstall/reinstall ActiveSync. Overwriting the previous installation didn't solve the problem.

If you are referring to Office 11, I ran both Bata and RTM built 11.5608.5606 on both a PIII and a pathetically slow PII and they both work great. Try your office install perhaps it is that

I run office 2003, on a windows 2003 server box running my dell X5 with windows mobile 2003. Everything runs great.
