Laptop browser, using phone as internet connection ?

How can I setup my Tmobile pocket pc phone ed. to be the connection to to the internet for my laptop.

I have the data plan from tmobile.
I can surf the web on the phone.

But,,,,,
I want to use my laptop (nice big screen - browser) to surf the web, using my phone for the intenet connection.

Laptop---connected to phone in cradle, plugged in.

Question:
what software do I need to use, or settings to make this happen?

I have activesync 3.7
