It's hard to compare ALL of the PDAs on the market, but I agree that some of their ratings might be a little off.

The X5 300, h5550, and Zire 71 belong in the top five I think. But again, it's hard to compare such a wide range of devices.

You change your avatar waaaay too often. Plus, this new one and it's accompanying sig are rather hard on the eyes. You need more contrast and less pink.

#1 PDA is Garmin? 8O

But that PDA can only last less than 2 hrs with GPS on. it's not the fastest pda, and not to mention has no wireless capability whatsoever.

slap a HI 303 MMF CF GPS on an Asus 620 BT, and it'll run circle around garmin in no time.

Garmin is girly man PDA.

I have to concur that the absence of the 2200 series is a serious miss. Given toshibas recent record it should at least squeeze in as number 10

Also, the basic AXIM at number 2 is over rated in my opinion.

Attacking other peoples device.......I see a flame war approaching :armed:

Sorry - not my intent to attack. As I said, it's just an opinion although I am biased as a 2210 owner ;-)

Although cheaper, the Axim in the list has a slower CPU, is larger and wasn't built specifically for WM2003. But that's just my take on it. As for the device they ranked number 1 - I've never even heard of it and some of the posters in this forum seem somewhat bemused by the selection.

Peace brother :rock on dude!:

I heard about it six months ago. But then, I was on the Garmin website (www.garmin.com) at the time, and that's the only place before this thread I've seen or heard anything about it. ;)

I didnt realize the Garmin had been out long enough to have that kind of rating. I dont agree with that personally. And what happened to the 2200 ppc? How could that have been an over site?

I think the Garmin was ranked so high based on the "oh, it has GPS too" factor rather than it's use as a PDA

I agree. The survey should be done by users only. So only those who actually have pda experience are putting in the numbers.
