I hope one of the experts can satisfy my curiosity about this please. I found that if I look at Outlook>Notes on my desktop PC, it contains several sound files (with appropriate microphone icon). These seem to match any WAV file placed in \My Documents (or any subfolder of it) on my PPC. If I add a WAV file, by any means, it turns up in Outlook Notes.
If the file on tye PPC is My Documents\XYZ\Bugle.wav then the file in Outlook Notes appears as 'XYZ\Bugle'
Is this because any WAV file is assumed to be a voice recording, i.e an 'alarm note'?
