h1935 and eMbedded VB runtime will not install... HELP!!!

Ok, does the eMbedded VB runtime .cab file from Microsoft install on the h1935?

I get a "This file is not a valid Windows CE file" anytime I try to install..

I really need to install this so I can run Trans/ACT....

Any idea? I have tried several times downloading and installing the file.....

Figured it out. File was corrupt downloading several times last night. Magicaly it downloads tonight and is not corrupt.....
