I have a problem with activesync 3.5 and win XP and Win ME, i just got a e330 and it will not sync, XP detects the device and tells me what it is and then goes on to install drivers for it from the cd that came with the pda but when activesunc trys to connect to it it tells me that the USB is available but not in use. I have tried everything i can think of from reinstalling activesync, to gettting activesync 3.6, next i am going to try 3.1 and see how that goes. But all OK with Dell Axim 5...

The weird thing is when i plug it in to and remove it from the cradle a distinctive noise is played, so it is detecting it, just not syncing with it. If anyone has figured out this problem i would be very apreciative of any help you can offer.
Sorry, english is not my native..

Click here (http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/ppc_usb10.exe) to download the correct driver from Toshiba. :D The sound you hear is your computer recognizing the connection of a USB device. I also recommend downloading the latest version of ActiveSync (version 3.7) from Microsoft. To do so, click here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/resources/downloads/pocketpc/activesync37.mspx)! 8)
