I thought everyone would be interested in the following example of excellent service:
I shipped my Siemens SX56 on late Wednesday afternoon (overnite UPS)--I just received it this am (saturday) a 2day turnaround--with multiple emails from them-explaining when I will receive it and what I have to do with T2T 64mb additional space.
I am looking forward to using it--and each question I sent them by email was promptly and clearly emailed.
Now to try to add WM2003
