PRC to LIT Converter..?

Does anyone know of an app to convert PRC (mobipocket reader) encoded, non-secured files to LIT (MS Reader) files?

Chris, if you have MS Word there is a plugin call pDocs that will open .prc files into Word. From there you can save it in any format you want or use whatever is your usual method to produce a .lit file. I tried it and it does work, however the first time I try to load a file it appears briefly and then disappears. A second attempt to load the same file succeeds however.
