Whilst chatting about the Dragonlance novels in this thread (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=18079&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0) hardcoredummy brought up another great series -
I loved Dragonlance Chronicles, they were my absolute favorite books for over a decade... until i read a Song of Ice and Fire. After reading Song of Ice and Fire, reading Dragonlance was like reading a child's novel.
I had recently bought these and started reading them, and they are fantastic.
I got them on a great offer from Fictionwise, which I'll repeat here -
Fictionwise have a great offer on the Fire and Ice series, you can get the first two volumes, A Game of Thrones and A Clash of Kings (http://www.fictionwise.com/ebooks/eBook8629.htm) as a 2 for 1 offer for $6.99, and I picked up the third volume with Micropay rebates, which meant I got the whole series for the price of one book. Unbeatable.
People are already calling this series classic.
