IE links not working in forums?

I know it's not the forums on this site, because I've tried it on a few other forums, but IE just up and quit taking me to links that are on a page.
Anybody else ever have this problem? I just rebooted my computer, and it still isn't working. :?

Reinstall IE (can you even do this?).. best to reinstall your whole operating system.

Also, IE isn't known for being a super duper reliable web browser. http://www.mozilla.org/products/phoenix/why you might want to take a look there. :)
