Anyone have any experiences with support from L3Solutions? I bought 4 programs from them. Personal Trainer Pro, Nutilog Pro, My Diet Pro and Healthcalc. $85 worth. I started with the trial version, which was very limited but I thought it was what I was looking for. Which this limited function crap for a trial version really bites. Much better to have full function with a time limit. Anyway I noticed there was no help file in the trial version but knowing it was a limited trial version I figured it just didn't include the help file. The only help was a html file with installation help. I should of contacted them first to inquire about a help file and support but I didn't and that was a mistake.

I registered all 4 products and the full versions also did not have a help file, either on the desktop PC or the PPC. Just the same install help html file. Nothing, notta, zip for help or support. Three of the products are desktop and PPC versions that are suppose to sync together. Well thats was my 1st problem. No sync on either 3 programs. I sent emails to admin and support and have not even received a reply.

I feel really ripped off do to the fact that there was absolutely no help file and absolutely no support from the company.
