Is it possible to do anything with a Bluetooth Pocket PC and a PowerBook with Bluetooth. I have seen people do things with their cell phone and the PowerBook. Is there some connectivity with the mac via Bluetooth?

File transfer mainly. I know the BlueTooth on my Mac supports syncing (using iSync from Apples iApp stable) to sync Palms and Phones. But no true syncing like you'd get with ActiveSync. I have not tried Missing Syn

Nothing that fancy yet. But I'm sure if we start seeing Apple using Bluetooth more, we may see programmers chiming in with new apps to control programs on the Mac.

Hi, Mark Space's Missing Sync works great over Bluetooth on the Mac, although it currently uses OS X's iCal and AddressBook, no Entourage hooks (yet). They have an e-mail discussion list which is great to see if there are any problems / fixes / enhancements.
It even allows you to do Internet Sharing to your Pocket PC and you can quickly export iPhoto images to it (with reduced resolution settings etc.). The is an iTunes element but that's more for file transfer (and I haven't found the iTunes element that stable - faster to use a memory card reader / writer on any OS for that situation). You can also mount the Pocket PC as a drive.
So far the only remote control apps I've found and tested out have been for SonyEricsson Phones, Symbian (Nokia's Series 60 models), and Palm OS. I'm keeping an eye out for a Pocket PC version but no luck as yet :(
Anyone else found one?
