Hi there
Saw this tip at ipaq.net and thought it might be of interest. iTask has a built in screen capture utility. It captures screens in bitmap format to the root of your device's file system.

Just to add that this also works with Gigatask (http://www.gigatask.com/) (iTasks on steriods by the developers of itask)

Hi
I just discovered that Pocket Informant 5 has a screen capture with 5 second delay as well in the menu system
