Installed WPC2003 and now can't start without a soft reset

I just "upgraded" my iPaq h3955 to PocketPC2003. Now my PDA won't start without a soft reset. The "On" button doesn't work. I installed...

I think this is a side effect of the keyboard driver. If I recall right there is not an WM2003 version for that keyboard yet.

Uninstall that. ThinkOutside is working on a new version that should be out this month.
